CNC tube profiling offers drastic improvements over other types of fabrication which utilize grinders, drills, hand files and milling devices. Parts are cut rapidly, with feedrates of up to 300 inches per minute and with maximum repeatablity and precision. An infinite variety of end profiles can be cut as well as holes and slots, reducing the number of subsequent operations required. Whether a shop makes a few tricky tube fabrications per week or thousands at a time, the RP-1 can remarkably boost efficiency and quality.
